Here is how Real Obvious Info works…
Page Viewer – Info messages are displayed embedded in wiki pages to the viewer.
Page Editor – An Info message is added to a page using standard MediaWiki Templates “{{Info|…}}”
Wiki Admin – Real Obvious Info is installed by updating common.css, uploading an image, and creating the Info template.
